I recently stumbled upon heaven, and it's not where you think it is.
Heaven is not a place we hit after death, nor is heaven, a place we hit here on earth. Simply put, heaven is a happy frame of mind. And we are welcome there every moment of every day. For many of us, we believe this nirvana is an impossibility, a fairy tale set of make feel like never land or the magical faraway tree, made from youth myths lulling us to a sweet slumber. But when we rub the sleep from our eyes, we start to find that it's real and it is all around us.
Now I am the happiest I have ever been in my living. Wow, that is a grand announcement, but it's true. I wake up early each morning, filled with peace and purpose. I practice yoga to the sunrise and the sunset, making a living making people happy. My seaside shala is my office, Ganesha is my own boss, and I am blissfully unaware what day of the week it is. I live for fulfillment within my working along with my waking hours, not just about the weekend, but I always surround myself with love and optimistic individuals and that I live life only and stress-free.
Here are my 5 pointers that will help you be happy every single day.

1. Wake up peaceful and positive

The way we wake up sets the tone for our entire day. Be conscious of your own first thoughts as these set the gear to your daily mind mill. Should you let a negative idea take the first spin of the wheel before you know it, you'll have a gradually growing slew of negativity being spun off in all directions. 4. Do the things you say you'll do

Grief and guilt are two of the most unnecessary man-made emotions. Why can we spend so much time beating ourselves up over what we did or did not do in the past? Bring your head back to use and present every minute as a chance to be that you want to be -- right now. All of us have felt the familiar feeling of understanding what we should be doing, but just not being able to get ourselves to get it done. We put a lot off for a tomorrow that not comes. When we do this, we neither enjoy our spare time nor the fruits of our labor because, well, there is no labor.
