How to Be Happy Every Single Day

How to Be Happy Every Single Day

I recently stumbled upon heaven, and it's not where you think it is.
Heaven is not a place we hit after death, nor is heaven, a place we hit here on earth. Simply put, heaven is a happy frame of mind. And we are welcome there every moment of every day. For many of us, we believe this nirvana is an impossibility, a fairy tale set of make feel like never land or the magical faraway tree, made from youth myths lulling us to a sweet slumber. But when we rub the sleep from our eyes, we start to find that it's real and it is all around us.
Now I am the happiest I have ever been in my living. Wow, that is a grand announcement, but it's true. I wake up early each morning, filled with peace and purpose. I practice yoga to the sunrise and the sunset, making a living making people happy. My seaside shala is my office, Ganesha is my own boss, and I am blissfully unaware what day of the week it is. I live for fulfillment within my working along with my waking hours, not just about the weekend, but I always surround myself with love and optimistic individuals and that I live life only and stress-free.
Here are my 5 pointers that will help you be happy every single day.

1. Wake up peaceful and positive

The way we wake up sets the tone for our entire day. Be conscious of your own first thoughts as these set the gear to your daily mind mill. Should you let a negative idea take the first spin of the wheel before you know it, you'll have a gradually growing slew of negativity being spun off in all directions. Should you wake up feeling angry, anxious, or sad, reverse this feeling upside down and either see the light in the situation, produce an action plan, or focus your mind on something joyful rather than.
Before you fall asleep at nighttime, fill your mind with calmness and positivity. Switch off your cellphone and change off the running commentary on your head. This will aid you to sleep deeper and rise up in a chirpier mood.

2. Remain grounded

In yoga, to lift, you first need to ground down into the mat. Much like this, in life, to be able to keep our souls uplifted, we have to grow our roots deep into the ground. This implies having apparent and compelling personal values, maintaining your own moral compass regularly in check, and frees to a calm centredness that cannot be changed from the craziness of the planet. The method for this magical is yours to choose from. Try yoga, meditation, spending considerable amounts of time in nature, working up a sweat, or writing all of your mental ramblings down. Keep your mind clear and let calmness to repay in.
And remember that no matter what occurs, you, and only you, have control over your internal world.

3. Release yourself from the opinion of others

The only real-time I weathered a psychological wobbly on my today 1-month streak of uninterrupted good vibes, was when I let the conclusions of others creep into my center. The world is an absolutely mad place, and we're entirely bonkers. Some of this is good mad, a great deal of it is terrible crazy. Do not allow the bad mad to get to you. You will duck under the narrow-mindedness of some and dive over unreasonable expectations of others.
Not everybody will like how you dance. Some will want to slip your steps while some are going to want to knock you off the stage. But keep healthy and keep your energy for yourself, don't give it to others by allowing your mind to concentrate on their views and needs. People will have their own opinions and judgments, let them know what they think of you is none of your business.
Kick-off your shoes and jam your own jig. That life is yours, live it how you wish to live -- happy and free.

4. Do the things you say you'll do

Grief and guilt are two of the most unnecessary man-made emotions. Why can we spend so much time beating ourselves up over what we did or did not do in the past? Bring your head back to use and present every minute as a chance to be that you want to be -- right now. All of us have felt the familiar feeling of understanding what we should be doing, but just not being able to get ourselves to get it done. We put a lot off for a tomorrow that not comes. When we do this, we neither enjoy our spare time nor the fruits of our labor because, well, there is no labor.
Don't do this. Release yourself from the self-created prison of perpetual procrastination. If you get things done right away, your mind does not have an opportunity to build a mountain from a molehill, and you're going to get a buzz from those productivity endorphins.
If you have promised someone or yourself you will do something today then just do it, you are going to feel all the more joyful for it.

5. Accept everything precisely as it is

This may appear the toughest trick to practice; however, it also the most valuable. I guarantee you this. Even the worst of the saddest days, the many souls swallowing challenges, turbulent of times or terrible of breakups, have a reason for occurring and all lead on to something amazing. This attractiveness may take time to reveal itself to you, but don't get rid of hope; it is there. Start looking for the positive in every circumstance.
The most spontaneous and spectacular phenomena come about if we let go of how we believe things ought to be and just accept them exactly as they are.
My final piece of advice is a Quick path to happiness:
"If you aspire to be happy, then make others happy."
Do something immediately to have the good vibes flowing. Give someone a compliment, send a friend a message, or select a flower for the next man you pass in the street. Whatever your hunt in life, if you give it away to other people, you encourage this energy to flow.
In each moment, opt to put in the paradise of happiness.
